This policy explains what OOTD Peppi stores about you and why. It is a starting template written for this app; the operator of this service should review it with a legal adviser before launch.
What we store
- Account details: your name, email address, mobile number (with country code) and a securely hashed password.
- What you add: wishlist links and product details, prices we observed, garments and their photos, outfits, plans, care and tailor records, and your settings.
- Security records: signed-in sessions (device type and time), hashed one-time codes, and rate-limit counters keyed by a one-way hash.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or show it to other users.
- We don't send SMS or verify your phone number; it's kept as profile information.
- We don't send your photos or profile to AI services. Optional features that use outside services (AI outfit ideas, background removal) are off until you turn them on in Settings, and each explains exactly what is shared.
Product pages
When you save a link, our server opens that public product page to read its name, photo and price, and may check it again later. Stores see a request from our server, not from you.
Photos
Wardrobe photos are stored privately. Location and camera metadata are removed when we process them. Photos are only served to your signed-in account through short-lived links.
Your choices
- Download all your data from Settings → Your data.
- Delete your account from the same place. Your records and photos are deleted; we don't keep a copy.
- Turn reminder emails and optional features on or off in Settings.
